Abstract(s)
A cooperação é definida como “um grupo de indivíduos que trabalham juntos para atingir um objectivo comum” (Deutsch, 1949, 1962, cit. por, Tauer e Harackiewicz, 2004). Este estudo teve como principal objectivo adaptar e validar o Cuestionario de Cooperación Deportiva – CCD, de Garcia-mas, Olmedilla, Morilla, Rivas, Quinteiro e Toro (2006) para a população portuguesa e para o contexto organizacional. A amostra foi constituída por 684 sujeitos provenientes de várias organizações, 379 do sexo masculino (com uma percentagem de 55,4%) e 301 do sexo feminino (com uma percentagem de 44,0%). Apresentam idades compreendidas entre os 17 e os 67 anos, com uma média de 34,49 e um desvio-padrão de 9,29. Os resultados mostraram que a versão final do instrumento, Questionário de Cooperação em Contexto Organizacional, é constituída por 15 itens divididos em três dimensões - Cooperação condicionada, Cooperação incondicionada e Cooperação com chefia e colegas - com qualidades psicométricas aceitáveis.
