dc.description.abstract	No presente estudo foram recolhidas as narrativas de três mulheres relativamente à sua experiência com a adoção de crianças em Portugal. Cada participante se encontrava numa fase diferente do processo envolvido na adoção de uma criança: pré-candidatura, candidatura submetida/aprovada, criança integrada na família adotiva. Optou-se pelo Método da Entrevista Narrativa em Associação Livre, através do qual foi possível obter três narrativas. Estas foram sujeitas a diferentes níveis de analise (individual e comparativa), à luz da teoria psicanalítica, a fim de se identificar os aspetos comuns e singulares da experiência subjetiva de cada uma das mulheres. Os resultados aqui apresentados encontram ressonância nos pressupostos teóricos psicanalíticos e inscrevem-se naqueles que têm sido registados por outros estudos e artigos, nomeadamente em Portugal, Brasil e Estados Unidos. A destacar, a transversalidade dos grandes temas comuns – a identidade e o feminino materno, e as singularidades com emergência mais intensa individualmente – a relação com as imagos parentais, a filiação e o feminino e os imperativos/impositivos sociais.	pt_PT
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT: This study is based on a collection of narratives from three women, relative to their experience with adoption of children in Portugal. Each participant was at a different stage of the adoption process: pre-adoption, application submitted/approved, child already integrated in the adoptive family. The instrument used was the Free Association Narrative Interview – FANI, with which it was possible to gather the three narratives. These were subjective to different levels of analysis (individual and comparative), in light of psychoanalytic theory, with the intent of identifying the common aspects, as well as the singularities within the subjective experience of each woman. The results presented find resonance in the fundamentals of psychoanalytical theory and are inscribed in those reported in other articles and studies in Portugal, Brazil and the United States. Particularly notable is the transversality of the central themes common to the three – identity and the maternal feminine, as well as the singularities that emerge individually with greatest intensity – the relation with parental representations, filiation, the feminine and its social imperatives.	pt_PT
