Abstract(s)
culpa, o crime.
This paper takes on a theoretical trait to which the intent is to reflect on the psychoanalytical writings about the unconscious guilt-feeling and the need for punishment, regarded as predisposing features for the criminal demeanour of the psychotic, psychopath and borderline individual. The essays by Sigmund Freud, Melanie Klein, Donald Winnicott and Léon Grinberg were taken as primordial scientific sources to sustain and uphold this research. At first, our reflection based on the reviewed writings, mainly concerned the genesis of this guilt-feeling, so then it could give place to a more extensive explanation over the guilt- feeling in the criminal with a psychotic nucleus. The research and the connection between the obtained information, allowed us to conclude that the need for punishment of the Ego originates from the superegoic alterations (excessive morality and severity) and the persecutory guilt-feeling (unconscious guilt), which, in turn, requires the expiation of this guilt by the way of an acting out, that is to say the crime.
