| dc.description.abstract | Trata-se do estudo de um caso clĂnico diagnosticado de neurose obsessivo-compulsiva com alguns anos de evolução e de tratamento psicofarmacolĂłgico sem melhoras evidentes. O autor faz uma breve anĂĄlise das perturbaçÔes do sujeito Ă luz da teoria do conflito de K. Lewin e N. Miller. O sujeito Ă© do sexo feminino, casada, com trinta e um anos de idade e telefonista de profissĂŁo. Basicamente o tratamento seguiu os paradigmas da «modelagem» e da «exposição» (flooding) em imaginação e ao vivo. Ao longo do processo terapĂȘutico foi dado grande ĂȘnfase Ă reestruturação cognitiva. Fizeram-se doze sessĂ”es, uma das quais em casa da prĂłpria doente. Os mĂ©todos de avaliação empregues revelaram, de uma maneira geral, melhoras evidentes no controle da ansiedade, nas fobias, evitaçÔes e rituais. TambĂ©m se verificou uma mudança de atitudes em relação a alguns conceitos. A adaptação social, profissional e familiar revelou melhoras considerĂĄveis. ------ ABSTRACT ------- This is a srudy of a clinical case diagmsed as obsessive and compulsive neurosis, evolving aiong some years and being treated by psychopharmacologic means without clear improvement. The author briefly analys the disturbances according to the K. Lewin and N. Miller's conflict theory. It concerns a female, thirty one years old, married, whose profession is telephonist. The treatment followed, basically, the principles of «modeling» and «flooding» techniques in imagination and real life. A great emphasis is given to the cognitive reestructuring throughout all the psychotherapeutic process. Twelve treatment sessions were carried out, one of them in the patient's home. The evaluation methods showed, in a general sense, evident improvement as far as control of anxiety, fears avoidances and rituals were concerned. Also a change in attitude towards same of her concepts was noticed. The social, professional and familiar adaptation showed considerable improvement. | por |
