Abstract(s)
Estes
resultados são relevantes caso as organizações queiram reter talento e colaboradores
motivados para o sucesso.
ABSTRACT: In today's job market, where competition between employees and companies is increasingly high, it is important to understand the factors that lead some to success and others to failure. "Procedural justice" within companies is a key element that can lead to "motivation for success" or "intention to leave" among employees. The aim of this study is to analyze to what extent procedural justice mediates the relationship between motivation for success and the intention to leave, and how these three variables are interconnected. An online questionnaire was administered to 330 participants working in various organizations. The results of this study demonstrated that procedural justice (company practices) has a positive influence on motivation for success and a negative effect on the intention to leave. It was also shown that justice mediates the relationship between motivation for success and intention to leave. These findings are relevant for organizations looking to retain talent and employees motivated for success.
