Abstract(s)
ABSTRACT: The field of study of this research project is the relationship between interaction and development. Five groups from different age levels were observed. The procedural analysis of the interaction between individuals in pairs of the same age dealing with a problem-solving task made possible the identification, in the various groups, of different socio-cognitive dynamics leading to positive effects concerning problem representation, procedures for solution and control activities. The study of the age factor was seen to be of relevance to the understanding of the psycho-social mechanisms in cognitive learning experiences.
