A experiência subjetiva da dependência do facebook numa perspetiva fenomenológico-existencial

A utilização excessiva das redes sociais, principalmente do Facebook, para alguns indivíduos parece tornar-se uma dependência, estando relacionada com problemas ao nível da saúde e bem-estar. A dependência do Facebook embora, ainda não seja, formalmente reconhecida como um diagnóstico clínico, tem vindo a ser amplamente estudada na literatura. Contudo, parece existir, uma falha de estudos de caráter qualitativo e/ou numa perspetiva Fenomenológica-Existencial que permitam compreender e descrever este fenómeno. Embora, certas estratégias terapias e intervenções de autoajuda, tenham sido propostas, torna-se necessário perceber, se os problemas causados por esta dependência merecem uma atenção clínica. Pretende-se com este trabalho, a realização de uma revisão de literatura que permita uma reflexão sobre o conhecimento da Psicologia acerca deste tema.

Although, certain strategies and interventions of self help, has been proposed, it becomes necessary to understand, is the problema caused by this addiction desserve a clinical atention. This study intends to carry out a literature review that allows a reflection on the knowledge of Psychology about this theme.
