Abstract(s)
Este estudo teve como objetivo explorar quais foram os impactos sentidos na dinâmica
dos casais do mesmo sexo com a implementação do teletrabalho, em consequência da
pandemia. Esta dissertação tem como propósito a colaboração para a literatura sobre as
consequências da pandemia nas relações conjugais, sobretudo em casais do mesmo sexo. Tem
como objetivo perceber como os casais sentiram a repentina mudança em suas rotinas, tendo
de conciliar suas rotinas pessoais e profissionais em um só ambiente. Foi recolhida uma amostra
por conveniência de catorze participantes, sendo ao todo sete casais, com idades compreendidas
entre os 27 e 39 anos. As amostras utilizadas para este estudo são de casais do mesmo sexo,
sem filhos, que coabitam desde antes do período pandémico e que pelo menos um deles esteja
em regime de teletrabalho, ocasionado pela pandemia. Da totalidade dos participantes, quatro
casais identificavam-se com o género feminino e três casais com o género masculino. Foram
realizadas entrevistas diádicas de forma online através do Zoom. Para as entrevistas foi
desenvolvido um guião com perguntas abertas. Foi utilizada uma análise qualitativa através do
método da análise temática, onde foram identificados sete temas e quatro subtemas. Os
principais resultados mostraram que o impacto sentido pelos casais esteve mais relacionado
com o confinamento do que propriamente a implementação do teletrabalho. Pode-se concluir
que o teletrabalho foi visto como uma mudança positiva na relação dos casais, para além de
demonstrarem o interesse em permanecer em regime de teletrabalho, os mesmos fazem planos
futuros a contar com a flexibilidade que o teletrabalho trouxe.
ABSTRACT: This study aimed to explore the dynamic impacts of same-sex peers with the implementation of telework as a result of the pandemic. This dissertation has as its purpose the pandemic for the literature on the consequences of marital relationships, especially in same-sex couples. It aims to understand how couples felt a sudden change in their routines, having to reconcile their personal and professional routines in a single environment. A sample of fourteen participants was collected, being a total of seven couples, with all qualities between 27 and 39 years old. As sampled for this study, they are from same-sex couples, without children, who cohabit before the pandemic period and at least one of them is on telework, caused by the pandemic. Of the total number of participants, four couples identify as female and three couples as male. Dyadic interviews were conducted online through Zoom. For questions with questions an open guide was developed. A qualitative analysis was used through thematic analysis, where the methods of seven themes and four sub-themes were identified. The main by the results predicted that the impact more similar to the confinement that makes the implementation of telework. One can count a work that telework was done as a positive change for couples, in addition to demonstrating the interest in remaining in telework regime, with a relationship with the same similarities that telework brought.
