Abstract(s)
As Perturbações do Comportamento Alimentar (P.C.A.) constituem uma
problemática que tem uma incidência significativa nos adolescentes portugueses, o
que representa um desafio para os profissionais de saúde. Os investigadores da
área das P.C.A. referem que o estudo da Autonomia e do seu desenvolvimento
revestem-se de grande importância na Psicologia da Adolescência. O presente
estudo tem como objectivo investigar como se desenvolve um processo de
mudança centrado na promoção da Autonomia. Neste sentido recorreu-se à
metodologia de Estudo de Caso (de natureza mista), onde se utilizou como
instrumentos a Entrevista Clínica, Provas Projectivas e o Questionário de
Autonomia Comportamental. Participaram voluntariamente neste estudo duas
adolescentes (12 e 14 anos), com diagnóstico de Anorexia Nervosa, com as quais
foi realizada uma Avaliação Psicológica Inicial de forma a perceber as
problemáticas mais salientes. Verificando-se que a Autonomia, nomeadamente na
esfera relacional, se manifestou a problemática vigente, foi realizada uma
Intervenção Psicológica Individual (duração de oito meses) – centrada nos
comportamentos e posturas que promovem a Autonomia em detrimento das
temáticas directamente relacionadas com o corpo – neste sentido, observando-se
no final um salto qualitativo, bem como um aumento dos movimentos de Autonomia
Emocional, Comportamental e de Valores. No decurso da Intervenção Psicológica
Individual observou-se ainda o desenvolvimento do Processo de Mudança, sendo
que em ambas as adolescentes ocorreu uma descentração das questões
relacionadas com o corpo e a alimentação.
The Eating Disorders (E.D.) being a problematic very significant in Portuguese’s adolescents, what represent a challenge for the health’s professionals. The E.D. area investigators report to autonomy study and her development reveals extreme importance in Adolescent’s Psychology. The present studies have as goals investigate how development a change process based in Autonomy’s promotion. In that way we resort to a methodology of Case Study (in mixed nature), were are used as instruments Clinical Interview, Projective Tests, Behavior’s Autonomy Questioner. Participate as voluntary two adolescents (12 and 14 years), with Anorexia Nervosa diagnostic, who’s had made an Initial Psychological Evaluation to understand the more evident problematic. We verify that Autonomy, in relational sphere, reveal’s as current problematic, was realized an Individual Psychological Intervention (eight mouth long) – based on behaviors and attitudes who prove the Autonomy in detriment of the thematic directly related with body and nourishment – in that way, we had observed a qualitative step, as well as, an increase in Emotional, Behavioral Autonomy and Values movements. In course of Individual Psychological Intervention we had observed a development of Changing Process, in both adolescents had occurred an unfocused in questions related whit body and nourishment.
