| dc.description.abstract | O seguinte estudo tem como objectivo constatar se existem diferenças entre o sexo feminino e masculino na forma como encaram e se comportam numa relação de amigos com benefícios. O termo amigos com benefícios trata-se de um script sexual não-relacional e refere-se a uma relação não-romântica entre dois amigos que mantêm relações sexuais durante um certo período de tempo. Nele estão presentes três questões centrais: as duas partes envolvidas não se encontram numa relação de compromisso romântico uma com a outra, existe uma relação de amizade entre as duas partes e é uma relação que se prolonga no tempo. Trinta sujeitos, quinze homens e quinze mulheres com idades compreendidas entre os vinte e cinco e os trinta e cinco anos, foram sujeitos a uma entrevista face a face composta por dezoito questões referentes a opiniões e comportamentos relativamente à relação amigos com benefícios. Verificaram-se diferenças entre os géneros no que toca à predisposição para terem mais do que uma relação de amigos com benefícios em simultâneo, ao número de homens e mulheres que tiverem mais do que uma relação de amigos com benefícios que tiveram simultaneamente e na capacidade de manter a distância emocional aquando a relação. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The following study aims to determine whether there are differences between male and female genders way to face and behave in a friends with beneficts relationship. The term friends with benefits it is a non-relational sexual script and refers to a non-romantic relationship between two friends who have sex for a certain period of time. The term includes three central issues: the two parties are not in a committed romantic relationship with one another, there is a relationship of friendship between the two parties and it is a relationship that extends over time. Thirty subjects, fifteen men and fifteen women aged between twenty-five and thirty-five years, have undergone a face to face interview containing eighteen questions concerning opinions and behaviors regarding the friends with benefits relationship. There were gender differences regarding the willingness to have more than a relationship of friends with benefits at the same time, the number of men and women who had more than a friend with benefficts relationship at the same time and the ability to maintain emotional distance during the relationship. | pt_PT |
