Comportamentos de Cidadania Organizacional possam ter na relação entre o Compromisso Afetivo e o Desempenho Percecionado. Para que fosse possível a concretização da mediação foram testadas previamente as seguintes condições do teste de mediação: 1) O Compromisso Afetivo é preditor do Desempenho Percecionado, 2) O Compromisso Afetivo é preditor dos Comportamentos de Cidadania Organizacional, 3) Os Comportamentos de Cidadania Organizacional são preditores do Desempenho Percecionado. Os resultados desta investigação (N=525) mostraram um efeito de mediação total por parte dos Comportamentos de Cidadania Organizacional.
Estes resultados pressupõem portanto, um impacto significativo e positivo do Compromisso Afetivo no Desempenho Percecionado. Comprovou-se ainda o efeito mediador dos Comportamentos de Cidadania Organizacional na relação entre o Compromisso Afetivo e o Desempenho.
ABSTRACT: The following research aims to study the mediating effect which Organizational Citizenship Behaviors may have on the relationship between the Affective Commitment and Perceived Performance. In order to enable the realization of the mediation in study, previously were tested the following conditions of the mediation test: 1) Affective Commitment is predictor of Perceived Performance, 2) Affective Commitment is predictor of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors, 3) Organizational Citizenship Behaviors are predictors of Perceived Performance.
