A autora faz uma reflexão sobre a nova ordem socio-
económica e cultural e a sua influência sobre a elaboração
de normas, padrões e modelos que regulam os
comportamentos.
É feita referência às respostas acessíveis às pessoas
com necessidades especiais nomeadamente nos planos
legal e educativo.
É ainda destacada a Escola Inclusiva, paradigma
que permitiu deslocar o enfoque da intervenção do
domínio estritamente médico para o âmbito psicopedagógico
