Abstract(s)
O presente estudo, analisa a forma como a percepção que os trabalhadores
constroem acerca do impacto positivo das práticas de formação no aumento da sua
empregabilidade, influencia positivamente a sua satisfação no trabalho. Deste modo,
aplicou-se um inquérito de auto-percepção a 97 profissionais da área de
telecomunicações, em duas sessões.
Os resultados suportaram a primeira suposição do estudo, que a percepção que
os trabalhadores desenvolvem acerca das práticas de formação implementadas pela sua
empresa com vista ao seu desenvolvimento relaciona-se positiva e significativamente
com a sua satisfação no trabalho. No entanto, os dados não sustentaram a suposição de
que a satisfação no trabalho seja o resultado da percepção que a formação recebida
aumenta a sua empregabilidade, este facto constitui uma limitação no presente estudo.
Sendo a satisfação dos trabalhadores um elemento de crucial à sobrevivência das
empresas, este estudo constitui um apelo à consciência do impacto que as demandas e
tomadas de decisão exercem nas atitudes dos trabalhadores.
ABSTRACT: This study examines how the perception that employees build of the positive impact of training practices in increase their employability, positively influences their job satisfaction. Thus, we applied a self-perception survey to a 97 professionals in the telecommunications fieldof, over two sessions. The results supported the first assumption of this study, that the perception developed by employees about training practices implemented by their company to promote their development, relates positively and significantly with their job satisfaction. However, no data supported the assumption that job satisfaction is the result of the employees perception of that the training received increases their employability, this is a limitation in this study. To regard employees satisfaction as one crucial element to the Companies survive, this study is an appeal to the conscience of the impact of companies demands and decision making will have on employees attitudes.
