Abstract(s)
O presente relatório emerge no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º CEB na Escola Superior de Educadores de Infância Maria Ulrich e do ISPA, em Lisboa, no ano letivo de 2015/2016. Este tem como principal objetivo relacionar o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo da prática pedagógica, realizada numa turma de 3º e 4º ano de escolaridade, com crianças com idades compreendidas entre os sete e os doze anos de idade.
O tema deste relatório final, Como trabalhar conteúdos curriculares através de atividades que envolvam ativamente as crianças nas aprendizagens, resulta da necessidade de compreender de que modo o docente pode desenvolver práticas educativas que promovam o envolvimento dos alunos nas aprendizagens, tornando-os construtores do seu próprio conhecimento, sem ter necessariamente de recorrer à utilização do manual como única referência.
O objetivo deste estudo consiste na compreensão da importância e das consequências que o envolvimento ativo nas atividades, em contexto de sala de aula, traz à criança e às suas aprendizagens. A metodologia que me permitiu elaborar esta investigação foi de carácter investigação-ação, tendo sido os instrumentos utilizados a observação, a planificação e as atividades implementadas.
Para que as questões associadas ao problema identificado fossem respondidas, foi necessário proceder a uma revisão de literatura relevante para o problema em causa. Para além da pesquisa, foi necessário também refletir sobre as atividades realizadas com as crianças em contexto de sala.
This report emerges within the Master's degree in pre-school education and teaching the 1st CEB at Escola Superior de Educadores de Infância Maria Ulrich and ISPA, in Lisbon, in the academic year 2015/2016. This has as main objective to relate the work developed along the pedagogical practice, held in a class of 3rd and 4th grade level, with children aged between seven and twelve years of age. The theme of this final report, working curricular content through activities involving actively children in learning, results from the need to understand how the teacher can develop educational practices that promote the involvement of students in the learning process, making it the builders of their own knowledge, without necessarily having to resort to the use of the manual as the only reference. The aim of this study is the understanding of the importance and of the consequences which the active involvement in the activities, in the context of the classroom, brings to the child and to their learning. The methodology that allowed me to draw up this investigation was of a research-action, having been the instruments used observation, planning and the activities implemented. For the issues associated with problem identified were answered, it was necessary to undertake a review of the literature relevant to the problem in question. In addition to the research, it was also necessary to reflect on the activities carried out with children in context.
