Justiça ou injustiça? O que realmente sentimos?

Com este estudo pretendeu-se, de uma maneira geral, averiguar se os sujeitos têm uma visão negativa da Justiça e das pessoas a ela ligadas e, também analisar como esta visão é alterada consoante o Estatuto Social e ou Formação Académica dos sujeitos.
Apesar da diferença nesta amostra não ser muito acentuada prevaleceu a ideia de que quanto mais baixa é a Formação Académica e ou Estatuto Social maior é o sentimento de descrença na Justiça e no seu funcionamento.
Uma das principais conclusões do estudo foi que esta amostra tende a descrever a justiça como sendo Injusta e Corrupta uma vez que, assim que confrontados com o estímulo “Justiça” as pessoas mencionaram em grande frequência palavras como “Injustiça” e “Corrupção”.
ABSTRACT: With this study was intended, in a general way, to check if the subjects have a negative vision of Justice and the persons directly connected to and, also to analyze as this vision is changed consonant the Social Statute and or Academic Formation of the citizens. Although the difference in this sample very to be accented did not take advantage the idea of that the more low it is the Academic Formation and or bigger Social Statute is the feeling of incredulity in Justice and it’s functioning. One of the main conclusions of the study was that this sample tends to describe justice as being Unjust and Corrupt a time that, as soon as collated with the stimulation “Justice” the people had mentioned in great frequency words as “Injustice” and “Corruption”.
