organizações sediadas no território português (N=525).
ABSTRACT: This study aims to explore the relationship between the Practice of Training, understanding the Output and Generational Effect. More specifically, we intend to investigate whether the Generational Effect moderates the relationship between training and turnover intentions on a sample of organizational workers based in the Portuguese territory (N = 525). To this end they have created the following hypotheses: (H1) there is a negative relationship between the perception of the importance of training and turnover intentions; (H2) the Generational Effect moderates the relationship between training and the turnover intent. The results revealed that the practice of training have a statistically significant and negative association with the turnover intent. Regarding the second hypothesis, the moderation effect was not proven on the variable Generational Effect on the relationship between training and the turnover intent.
