Baseado no sentimento de competência, o ser humano desenvolve habilidades que
compõem aptidões, estas podem diferenciar-se de um ser humano para outro, uma vez que, as
habilidades não são as mesmas para todas as capacidades, alguns indivíduos podem ter mais
dificuldade em desenvolver umas tarefas do que outras.
Neste estudo pretendeu-se fazer uma análise clínica das dificuldades de aprendizagem
através dum caso com dificuldades em diversas áreas.
Após analisados os resultados obtidos pelo caso clínico avaliado, verificou-se que
apresenta marcadas dificuldades ao nível da percepção visual, compreensão verbal, orientação
espacial, velocidade de processamento, apresentando assim um atraso global do
desenvolvimento.
Neste estudo concluiu-se que apenas quatro das onze definições encontradas de
dificuldades de aprendizagem englobariam o caso clínico analisado, verificando-se assim que as
restantes sete excluiriam alguns casos que apresentam manifestamente dificuldades de
aprendizagem.
ABSTRACT: Based on the feeling of competence, the human being develops skills that make up abilities, they can differentiate themselves from one human to another, since the skills are not the same for all abilities, some individuals may have more difficulty in developing some tasks than others. This study aims to give a clinical analysis of learning disabilities through a case with difficulties in several areas. After analyzing the results of the clinical case evaluated, it was found that has strong difficulties in visual perception, verbal comprehension, spatial orientation, processing speed, and thus has a global developmental delay. We conclude that only four of the eleven definitions found of learning difficulties embrace the case study analyzed, thus verifying that the remaining seven exclude some cases that clearly have learning difficulties.
