Abstract(s)
com as palavras-chave MULTI or The Multitheoretical List of Therapeutic Interventions, e
Kevin, McCarthy or Jacques, Barber or Solomonov, Nili.
associadas a melhores resultados, descrever intervenções utilizadas durantes as sessões e
identificar intervenções que promovem determinados processos terapêuticos do paciente.
Background: The MULTI is a process measure that has the advantage of evaluating interventions of multiple therapeutic orientations in a given session, from the perspective of the therapist, observer or patient, and has produced results with important implications for clinical practice. However, to date, there is no systematic review on the studies using this instrument. Purpose: To conduct a systematic literature review of studies that applied MULTI (MULTI; McCarthy and Barber, 2009) and MULTI-30 (MULTI-30; Solomonov et al., 2018). Results: We selected 16 studies, which relate to therapist interventions and treatment outcomes, descriptive studies, focusing on analyzing the influence of certain variables on the use of interventions, and others studies refer to interventions and different therapeutic processes of patients. Conclusions: The MULTI has proven to be a valid measure for classifying therapists' specific interventions and common factors, and has been used in different therapeutic approaches and pathologies. The MULTI has also shown a appropriate applicability to a variety of research objectives, such as understanding which interventions are associated with better outcomes, describing interventions used during sessions and identifying interventions that promote certain patient therapeutic processes.
