Todos os dias à mesma hora: Experiência dos técnicos que trabalham com mulheres que praticam prostituição de rua

Enquadramento: A prostituição tem sido um tema estudado ao longo dos anos através da sua compreensão e descrição. Por outro lado, a investigação relativamente dirigida aos técnicos que trabalham com mulheres e homens que praticam prostituição tende a ser escassa. Objetivo: Compreender a experiência subjetiva dos técnicos que trabalham com mulheres que praticam prostituição de rua mediante uma revisão de literatura efetuada sobre o tema bem como, compreender a sexualidade, a prostituição e as perspetivas existentes, pois são temas inerentes ao trabalho dos técnicos uma vez que estão em contacto direto com a prostituição mas, também um levantamento dos estudos (i.e., investigação empírica quantitativa e qualitativa). A pesquisa foi realizada em bases de dados eletrónicas (PsycInfo, PsycArticles, PEP, S-Cielo, Repositório bibliográfico do ISPA) com as seguintes palavras-chave prostitution, health technicians and subjective experience, sex workers, sexuality, female sexulity, social work e social workes estas mesmas palavras também foram usadas para a pesquisa em português. Resultados: Os estudos são predominantemente quantitativos e sobre o burnout apesar da escassez de estudos qualitativos foram recolhidos alguns relativamente associados ao estudo pretendido. Conclusão: A experiência subjetiva dos técnicos tem sido estudada de acordo com as perspetivas seguidas pelas associações ou pelo tipo de intervenção feita com os trabalhadores do sexo, a nível quantitativo os estudos estão associados aos níveis de burnout referentes aos técnicos de saúde e psicólogos.
Framing: Trough the years, prostitution has been a subject of study for comprehension and description. For one side, the focus of the study is direct for the experts whom work with both men and women in the prostitution due to matter there are few. Purpose: Understand the experience form the experts that work with women who are prostitutes in the streets through a literature review based on the theme as well as understand sexuality, prostitution and prospects are among the work experts do once they are in direct contact with prostitution and do survey studies (i.e., quantitative and qualitative empirical research). Research was made in electronic databases (PsycInfo, PsycArticles, PEP, S-Cielo, Repositório bibliográfico do ISPA) with the follow key-words prostitution, health technicians and subjective experience, sex workers, sexuality, female sexuality, social work and social workers, the same words were also used for research in Portuguese. Results: A major part of the research is quantitative about burnout and even though there were few qualitative papers some were collected for the present research. Conclusion: the subjective experience of experts as been a matter of study according perspectives from associations or the kind of intervention done with sex workers, in a quantitative level research is associated with burnout levels from health technicians and psychologists.
