| dc.description.abstract | Procuramos no presente artigo dar a conhecer a opinião do eleitorado do Concelho de Cascais sobre o Poder Municipal destacando a apreciação do mesmo sobre o Actual Presidente da Câmara. Para além da análise semântica destes dois aspectos, é testada a hipótese teórica do Presidencialismo Municipal, averiguando a existência de uma personificação do poder na figura do Presidente, ou seja, se a representação do Poder Municipal é determinada pelas impressões dos munícipes acerca do Presidente em funções. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In the presente article, the authors present the opinion of the voters of the County of Cascais about the Municipal Power and the President of the Municipality of Cascais. A semantic analysis of the two issues is conducted, and the so called Hipotesis of the Municipal Presidentialism is tested. The researchers tried to determine if there is a personification of power, that is, if the representation of the municipal power is determined by the impressions of the voters about the municipal president. | pt_PT |
