Abstract(s)
O objetivo foi descrever as alterações nas representações objetais, no nível concetual, nos sintomas, e perceber se as alterações das representações de objeto ocorrem após as alterações da sintomatologia, em duas pacientes durante 24 meses de psicoterapia psicanalítica. Recorreu-se ao Inventário das Representações de Objeto (ORI) aos 0, 6, 12, 18 e 24 meses de psicoterapia e ao Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R) aos 0, 6,12,18 e 22 meses na paciente 1 e na paciente 2, aos 0,8 e 12 meses de psicoterapia. Para cada momento foram analisadas 4 sessões gravadas em áudio no ORI, onde se analisou as representações que as participantes faziam de si e das figuras de referência. As alterações das representações de si e dos outros foram surgindo ao longo da terapia, sendo que na paciente dois os fatores benevolência, punição, ambição e ambivalência reduziram em relação aos valores iniciais, na paciente um os mesmos fatores estavam mais elevados no final que no início. O nível concetual manteve-se nas duas pacientes. Verificou-se redução sintomática nas duas pacientes. A redução sintomática foi prévia às alterações nas representações de objeto.
ABSTRACT: The objective was to describe the changes in object representations, in the Conceptual level, symptoms, and realize the changes of object representations occur after changes in symptoms, in two patients during 24 months of psychoanalytic psychotherapy. It was used the Inventory of Object Representations (ORI) at 0, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months of psychotherapy and the Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R) at 0, 6,12,18 and 22 months in patient 1 and patient 2 to 0,8 and 12 months of psychotherapy. For every moment were analyzed 4 sessions recorded in audio in ORI, which examined the representations that participants were of themselves and the significante figures. Changes in representations of self and others have emerged during therapy, and in the patient two the factors, punishment, ambition and ambivalence reduced compared to baseline, in patient one the same factors were higher at the end than in the begin. The Conceptual level was maintained in the two patients. There was a symptomes reduction in both patients. Symptomatic reduction was prior to changes in object representations.
