Abstract(s)
Este projecto pretende fazer um estudo sobre as práticas de Gestão de
Recursos Humanos aliadas à prática do intraempreendedorismo. Dado que
as práticas de RH contêm muitos factores passíveis de estudo, este trabalho
pressupõe a componente impulsionadora da criatividade do colaborador
dentro da organização. Prevê-se que, como indicam os autores, haja uma
forte correlação entre a variável “inovação” nos sujeitos e o carácter
empreendedor da organização, isto é, se as práticas de RH forem
fomentadoras da inovação podemos fazer uma antevisão do capital
empreendedor do indivíduo, levando a uma maior probabilidade da
organização ser mais passível de inovar em novas áreas e serviços.
ABSTRACT:This projects aims to produce a study on the Human Resources Management allied to the practice of Intrapreneurship. Since HR practices enclose many factors that can be studied, this paper presupposes the driving component of the employee's creativity within the organization. As the authors indicate, it is expected to exist a strong correlation between the variable "innovation" in the subjects and the enterprising character of the organization. That is, if HR practices are fueling innovation we can make a preview of the individual's enterprising capital, leading to a greater probability of the organization to become more likely to innovate in new areas and services.
