A partir
ABSTRACT: The definition of love is very complex, thus, leading to a very difficult consensus. The love in homosexual relationships necessarily implies deep questions, owing to the love-object choice, the construction of identity and its identifications. This study, located in a psychoanalytic investigation paradigm, aims to understand the love relationships connected to the subjectivity in the choice of a homosexual object. Through a qualitative method based in the realisation of semi-structured interviews the love relationships of four homosexual men, with ages within the 24 and 29 years old, are looked through, with the goal of owning life narratives and deepening the review of the latent content. Nonetheless the specificity of every single person, this study aims to identify a standard that may help to understand how they experience their relationships. Throughout our analysis it was possible to verify that the internalization of the parental imago representations were fundamental, constituting the bottom for a matrix of the elaboration of identifications and, consequently, the construction of object relationships.
