Abstract(s)
permanência do objecto.
contentora e suficientemente boa.
O Objecto Transicional representa simultaneamente a
mãe internalizada, a própria criança e as funções maternas,
contentoras da angústia, cuja internalização o normal
desenvolvimento pressupõe.
O Objecto Transicional contém igualmente a identificação
ABSTRACT: The Transicional Object, concept initially created by Winnicott, establishes the expression of the distinction between Me and not-Me, between subjective and objective perception, and also is the base of the reality-test and the permanence of object. Trainings in the different phases of the individuationseparation, its use is based in the acquisition of the depressive position and the symbolic function, the late seating in the internalization of a good internal object, in turn anchored in the consistent relation with a good enough and alive mother-environment. The Transicional Objecto simultaneously stands for the relation between the mother and the infant, the exterior mother mediated by the internalized good enough mother, the child itself and the maternal functions, whose internalization must happen in the normal development in order to gain the capacity to contain persecutory anxiety. The Transicional Object contains the identification with the maternal look and its speech, in which it is reflected, in mirror like, the child itself, allowing the child to name and to be named, once this speech is internalized, assuming itself as meaning and significant, gaining a position in relation to an environment that contains it and from where it parts in wider exploratory activities.
