O Objectivo deste estudo é avaliar a eficácia e os processos de mudanças que
ocorrem em contexto terapêutico. Neste sentido, monitorizou-se o processo de um sujeito
de um grupo de Psicodrama durante sensivelmente um ano. Foi utilizado o modelo de
análise “Hermeneutic Single-Case Efficacy Design” proposto por Robert Elliott. Este
modelo utiliza instrumentos que avaliam o processo e o resultado da terapia, servindo-se
de métodos qualitativos e quantitativos. Este modelo inicia-se com a recolha de uma
vasta informação sobre o sujeito e de seguida averiguam-se outros factores responsáveis
pela mudança aparte da terapia. Os resultados sugerem um conjunto de transformações na
vida do sujeito associadas a eventos ocorridos no contexto terapêutico.
ABSTRACT: The aim of this Study is to investigate the efficacy and the process of change occurring in the therapeutic context. We monitored the Therapy process of a subject in a group of Psychodrama during approximately one year. We used the Hermeneutic Single- Case Efficacy Design proposed by Robert Elliott. This model uses instruments that assess the process and outcome of therapy, making use of qualitative and quantitative methods. In this model we start with extensive data about the subject and then we search for other changing factors apart from the therapy. The results suggest changes in the subjects’ life, connected to therapeutic events.
