Abstract(s)
ecológico do envelhecimento.

By exploring this topic, we intend to understand how digital platforms can serve as avenues for social connection, information exchange and community building among older people. The study uses a quantitative approach to investigate the relationship between online social participation and the well-being of elderly individuals. A questionnaire survey will be apllied to a diverse sample of elderly participants, focusing on their Internet usage patterns, perceived benefits, and measures of well-being. Statistical analyzes will be carried out to examine the influence of digital social participation on various areas such as emotional health, social connection and life satisfaction. In theoretical terms, the social participation of the elderly will be analyzed according to the ecological model of aging.
