| dc.description.abstract | Uma das maiores dificuldades metodológicas na investigação sobre stress profissional é o uso de questionários previamente elaborados. Tem este facto a desvantagem de, por um lado, não incluir importantes causas de stress, e por outro, distorcer a importância daqueles que são incluídos. Este artigo descreve o emprego da técnica do Repertory Grid na identificação de fontes e manifestações de stress profissional evitando esses obstáculos. É também fornecida uma descrição detalhada da aplicação desta técnica a controladores de tráfego aéreo. ------ ABSTRACT ------ One of the main methodological dificulties in carrying out research in the field of occupational stress, is the use of pre-designed health and behavioural questionnaires. This has the serious disadvantage of either not metuding important stressors at work or distorting the importance of those that are included. This article describes the use of the Reportory Grid technique in identifying sources and manifestations of occupuational stress which overcomes this obstacle. A detailed description of the Grid technique as it war applied to air traffic controllers is provided. | por |
