Abstract(s)
do Compromisso Afetivo.
ABSTRACT: Trust has been the subject of countless surveys over the years, but this is rarely addressed by identifying trust in three different entities: Organization, Supervisor and Colleagues. The present investigation aims to analyze if the employees perform the differentiation of trust in the three mentioned entities and verify if they all function as predictors of the Affective Commitment. Participated 333 participants aged over 18 years in this study, collaborators in different organizations based in the national territory. The results revealed a significant and positive impact of Confidence in the Organization (β = .26; p <.001) and Confidence in Management (β = .24; p <.001), and a no significant impact of Confidence on Colleagues in the Affective Commitment experienced by employees. Based on the results obtained, it is possible to conclude that Confidence in Organization and Trust in Leadership play an important role in the levels of Affective Commitment, in this way organizations can re-evaluate and readjust Human Resources practices in order to promote Confidence in these Two entities so that levels of Affective Engagement experienced by employees increase.
