Abstract(s)
O presente estudo pretende produzir evidências empíricas face à relação entre o capital psicológico, o bem-estar subjetivo, a satisfação no trabalho e o desempenho percebido.
The present study aims to produce additional empirical evidence regarding the relationship of psychological capital, subjective well-being, job satisfaction and perceived performance. Based on the existing literature, the following hypotheses were investigated: (1) psychological capital is positively associated with contextual performance and task performance; (2) The higher the subjective well-Being, the higher the perception of contextual performance and task performance, and (3) The higher the job satisfaction, the higher the perception of contextual performance and task performance. To carry out the study, a correlational design was used, which included 103 working participants in different wineries in the region of Setúbal. The results revealed that psychological capital is a predictor of contextual performance and task performance, subjective well-being is a predictor of contextual performance, while job satisfaction is a predictor of task performance. The relationship between the subjective well-being and task performance hypotheses were not supported, neither the hypotheses of job satisfaction and contextual performance. This study contributes in some aspects to research in the field of psychological capital and it’s relationship with perceived performance, as well as it’s application in organizational practice, namely in the selection and integration processes of new employes.
