Abstract(s)
A primeira estrutura
This investigation aimed to study the structural and concurrent validity of the College Social Integration Scale (CSIS) (EISES) and Extra-College Relational Support Scale (ECRSE) (ESREU) at Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada. For testing the adjustment of the models using the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) in LISREL8-SIMPLIS. The application of the tests was made with 145 students in 1st year of degree in Applied Psychology of the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada (age range: 17-23 years, M = 19), selected through processes of non probabilistic sampling. The first structure tested was the oblique trifactorial EISES (emotional equilibrium), which problems of discriminant validity forced the change to unifactorial with most items of the factor structure of the earlier emotional equilibrium. This was well adjusted, the same for the bifactorial oblique model of ESREU (Relational Support for Parents and Friends of time the secondary). The factor Emotional Equlibrium discriminate against the displaced students and not displaced from their usual residence and the factor Relational Support for Parents and students discriminated well females from males.
