Análise da relação entre a orientação motivacional e a cooperação desportiva no futebol

Abstract(s)
Com o presente estudo pretende-se verificar se existe uma possível interligação entre a orientação motivacional para o ego e para a tarefa e a cooperação no futebol, nomeadamente nos escalões de iniciados, juvenis e juniores.
Numa primeira parte achou-se importante começar este estudo por fazer uma pequena abordagem sobre Psicologia do Desporto para se perceber melhor o contexto no geral e só seguidamente reflectir sobre os dois constructos: orientação motivacional e cooperação.
Seguidamente foi realizada uma abordagem à orientação motivacional (ego/tarefa), permitindo assim uma perspectiva mais reflexiva e aprofundada deste tema.
Posteriormente foi abordada a cooperação de forma clara, para uma melhor compreensão do estudo em si.
Neste estudo foram utilizados os seguintes instrumentos: TEOSQ (Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire) na sua versão Portuguesa (Fonseca e Brito, 2005) e o Questionário de Cooperação Desportiva (QCD) na versão adaptada à população Portuguesa por Martins em 2007, sendo que o primeiro instrumento foi utilizado para a orientação motivacional e o sendo para a cooperação.
Concluindo indivíduos mais cooperantes têm orientação motivacional superior para a tarefa, enquanto que indivíduos menos cooperantes têm uma orientação motivacional superior para o ego.
ABSTRACT: With this study we try to verify if there is a possible interconnection between the motivational orientation for the ego and for the task and cooperation in soccer, mainly in the groups of the beginners, juveniles and juniors. When we began the study we thought that it was important to start with a little research about the psychological aspect in sport for a better understanding of the general context and only after reflect about the two components: motivational orientation and cooperation. After that we approach in a more clear way the cooperation for a better understanding of the study itself. In this study we use the following instruments: TEOSQ (Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire) in the Portugese version (Fonseca e Brito, 2005) used for the motivational orientation and sportive cooperation questionnaire in the adapted version of the portugese population by Martins in 2007 used for the cooperation.
