| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo tem por objetivo contribuir para uma melhor compreensão do fenómeno femicídio, quais os fatores de risco, a sua prevalência e como podemos trabalhar a sua prevenção, dar voz às vítimas, torná-lo visível e evitá-lo, nomeadamente no contexto atual de pandemia. O homicídio é uma das principais causas de morte prematura, por sua vez femicídio (homicídio de mulheres no contexto das relações de intimidade) é uma das principais causas de morte de mulheres em todo o Mundo, este crime de femicídio carateriza a morte violenta da mulher na sua condição de sexo/género e ocorre nas relações interpessoais, sendo uma realidade preocupante na sociedade atual. Para compreensão do fenómeno femicídio foi feito um estudo orientado para a ilustração, descrição e análise dos relatórios da EARHVD (Equipa de Análise Retrospetiva de Homicídio em Violência Doméstica – Ministério da Administração Interna - Portugal, disponíveis online de 2017 e 2018. A análise dos 11 relatórios, contempla os fatores de risco existentes na maioria dos casos descritos e cujas dimensões são as seguintes: História de Violência Doméstica (HVD); Recorrência de Violência doméstica (RVD), Tentativa de Estrangulamento (TE); Ameaça de Morte (AM) e Stalking (S). Pretende-se encontrar o padrão de perigosidade e os momentos que constituem o que designamos por Disparador de Perigosidade. | dc.description.abstract | This study aims to contribute to a better understanding of the phenomenon of femicide, what are the risk factors for its prevalence and how can we work to prevent it, give a voice to victims, make it visible and avoid it, particularly in the current context of a pandemic. Homicide is one of the main causes of premature death, in turn femicide (homicide of women in the context of intimate relationships) is one of the main causes of death for women worldwide, this crime of femicide characterizes the violent death of women in their sex / gender condition and occurs in interpersonal relationships, being a worrying reality in today's society. To understand the phenomenon of femicide, a study was carried out to illustrate, describe and analyze the reports of the EARHVD (Retrospective Analysis Team on Homicide in Domestic Violence - Ministry of Internal Affairs - Portugal), available online from 2017 and 2018. The analysis of the 11 available cases, includes the risk factors that exist in all the cases described and whose dimensions are as follows: History of Domestic Violence (HVD); Recurrence of Domestic Violence (RVD); Strangulation Attempts (TE); Death threats (AM) and Stalking (S). It is intended to find the hazard pattern and the moments that constitute what we call the Danger Trigger. In view of the current pandemic situation, an analysis of the potential for worsening the phenomenon was carried out. | pt_PT |
