Abstract(s)
Pretendeu-se averiguar a multiplicidade de factores em contexto organizacional,
contrastando dois modelos de stress ocupacional. Este trabalho é de carácter exploratório
quantitativo e correlacional. A amostra foi constituída por 100 sujeitos de vários sectores de
actividade (amostragem de conveniência). Foram utilizados os questionários Fontes de
Pressão no trabalho (Cunha e Cooper, 1992) e Job Content Questionnaire (Ostry, e tal.,
2001). Verificou-se através da análise factorial de ambas as escalas, a existência de cinco
dimensões para a escala fontes de pressão no trabalho e três dimensões para a segunda escala.
Através da análise das regressões lineares múltiplas verificou-se que, as relações entre os
“critérios de desempenho”, “interface casa-trabalho” e os “factores organizacionais” foram
positivas, assim como o “poder de decisão” e “factores organizacionais” e, ainda a relação
entre “poder decisão” e “interface casa-trabalho” (p < 0,05).
ABSTRACT: We were asked to determine the range of factors in organizational context, contrasting two models of occupational stress. The present study has a quantitative, exploratory and correlational nature. The sample consisted in 100 subjects of several sectors of activity (convenience sample). We used the questionnaires pressure sources in work (Cunha and Cooper,1992) and job content questionnaire (Ostry and tal,2001). It was verified through the factorial analysis of both scales, the existence of five dimensions to the sources of pressure at work scale, and three dimensions to the second scale. The relationship between the performance criteria, home- work interface and the organizational factors was positive, such as power of decision and home- work interface.
