segredos, presentes no enredo familiar.
ABSTRACT: The transgenerationality, in overall psychological and psychoanalytic literature defines itself as an issue that requires attention, due to the multiplicity of areas to be comprehended and analyzed. The transmission of psychic life from one generation to another can result in the development of myths, ghosts and secrets. These can be considered enhancer’s of dysfunctions in a relational level, difficulties in developing solutions, as well as difficulties in the processing information. So in order to have a comprehensive perspective of family heirlooms, and the branches left by posteriors generations, we elaborated an understanding of those heritages through the theoretical perspectives of: Sigmund Freud, René Käes and Haydée Faimberg. It is through the analysis of the life of the Buendía family, described in the work of One Hundred Years of Solitude, by Gabriel García Márquez, which illuminate some issues related to the process of psychic transmission, based on a generational axis. The focus of this thesis concerns the development of an analysis, where it is possible to verify the importance of the primary relationship in the psychic development of the child, as well an understanding in the content which is transmitted and transferred. We also elaborate an understanding of the significances of myths, ghosts and secrets. Throughout the work the idea we verified the prominence of the family in the future of someone can manifest the power of heritage.
