As relações românticas em contexto de trabalho e a influência na vida profissional dos colaboradores

O presente estudo pretende analisar a relação entre as variáveis Intimidade Sexual, Compromisso Organizacional e os Big Five. Participaram neste estudo 130 indivíduos, colaboradores de diferentes Organizações dentro do território português. Os resultados revelaram um efeito positivo e significativo entre o sexo Masculino e a Intimidade Sexual em Organização de trabalho; um efeito não significativo entre as Chefias e os Colaboradores na abordagem da Intimidade Sexual em trabalho; um efeito não significativo entre as dimensões - Conscienciosidade e Extroversão dos Big Five e a Intimidade Sexual; e por fim um efeito não significativo no que toca a influencia da Intimidade Sexual nos diferentes tipos de Compromisso Organizacional – Afetivo, Normativo, Calculativo,
The present study intends to analyze the relationship between the variables Sexual Intimacy, Organizational Commitment and the Big Five. 130 individuals, employees of different organizations within the Portuguese territory, have participated in the study. The result revealed a positive and significant effect between the male sex and the sexual intimacy in work organization; a non significant effect between the different between managers and employees in the approach to sexual intimacy at work; a non significant effect between the dimensions - Consciousness and Extroversion of the Big Five and Sexual Intimacy; and finally, a non-significant effect regarding the influence of Sexual Intimacy on the different types of commitment - affective, normative, calculative.
