Abstract(s)
Este projecto tem como finalidade o estudo, o impacto social e psicológico em mulheres
vítimas de tráfico de seres humanos para fins de exploração sexual. Ao longo do
projecto é feita uma análise ao crime de tráfico de seres humanos no Mundo e
especialmente em Portugal, fazendo uma revisão com base nos comentários à lei
referente ao tráfico de seres humanos por Patto (2008) e abordando algumas
perspectivas sociológicas sobre o funcionamento e impacto social do tráfico de seres
humanos. Numa terceira parte com base na literatura, é feita uma análise ao impacto
psicológico e uma abordagem aos factores de de vulnerabilidade presentes no tráfico de
seres humanos. A população alvo deste estudo seria composta por quatro mulheres
vítimas de tráfico de seres humanos para fins de exploração sexual, com pelo menos
cinco meses após a sua saída do tráfico. O objectivo deste estudo é “Explorar o impacto
do crime nas vítimas através da análise das suas experiências e dos significados
atribuídos face às consequências físicas e psicossociais do tráfico (mecanismos
adaptativos dito pelos sujeitos , ou seja, as mudanças de si como pessoa devida à
experiência traumatica)”, tendo por base cinco questões complementares para auxiliar a
resposta ao objectivo do estudo. As questões são as seguintes: “Quais os fatores de
vulnerabilidade patentes nos percursos de vida das vítimas?”; “Quais as configurações
das experiências de tráfico vivenciadas, designadamente no que diz respeito aos seus
agentes, dinâmicas, contextos e finalidades da exploração?”; “Qual o impacto da
experiência de tráfico nas vítimas, ao nível físico, psicológico e social?”; “Quais as
estratégias de coping mobilizadas pelas vítimas no sentido de melhor lidarem com a
experiência de exploração?”; “Como são as relações amorosas/íntimas após a
experiência de tráfico?”. Será expectável que estas transpareçam sentimentos de
desconfiança para com o sexo oposto e uma dificuldade em estabelecer novas relações e
intimidades e comportamentos de isolamento social bem como algumas perturbações
psicológicas.
ABSTRACT: This project aims to study the social and psychological impact on women victims of trafficking in human beings for sexual exploitation. Throughout the project, a relationship to the crime of trafficking in human beings in the world and especially in Portugal, doing a review based on comments to the law relating to human trafficking by Patto (2008) and addressing some sociological perspectives on the functioning and social impact of trafficking in human beings. In the third part based on the literature, it examines the psychological impact and an approach to the factors of vulnerability present in human trafficking. The target population of this study would consist of four women victims of trafficking in human beings for sexual exploitation, with at least five months after its traffic output. The aim of this study is "Exploring the impact of crime on victims by analyzing their experiences and the meanings attributed to face physical and psychosocial consequences of trafficking (adaptive mechanisms told by the subjects, ie, changes of himself as person due to the experience traumatic) "based on five further questions to help meet the target of the study. The questions are: "What are patents vulnerability factors in the paths of life of the victims?"; "What settings of experienced trafficking experiences, particularly with respect to its agents, dynamics, contexts and purposes of exploitation?"; "What is the impact of the trafficking experience on the victims, the physical, psychological and social level?"; "What coping strategies mobilized by the victims in order to better deal with the exploration experience?"; "How are love / intimate relationships after the trafficking experience?". It will be expected that these through and feelings of distrust of the opposite sex and a difficulty in establishing new relationships and intimacy and social isolation behaviors and some psychological disorders.
