Abstract(s)
O presente estudo teve como finalidade estudar a perceção das práticas de gestão de recursos humanos verde e a sua relação com o ajustamento pessoa-organização, e ainda compreender se os colaboradores com elevada consciência ambiental quando percecionam que as suas empresas têm práticas e políticas de RH ambientais, se isso contribui para uma maior ajustamento à sua organização. Utilizou-se uma amostra de 204 colaboradores de empresas portuguesas, que responderam a um questionário online que continha escalas que medem perceção de práticas de recursos humanos verdes, o ajustamento pessoa-organização e o compromisso com o ambiente.
O resultados dos estudo demostram que existe uma relação significativa entre a perceção das práticas de recursos humanos verde e o ajustamento pessoa-organização, e ainda, que esta relação pode ser moderada pelo forte compromisso com o ambiente.
O estudo apresenta diferentes contribuições à literatura já existente no que diz respeito às práticas de recursos humanos verde, sendo que foi desenvolvida uma escala para medir a perceção de práticas de recursos humanos verde adaptada à população portuguesa, que apresentou ter uma excelente consistência interna. Ainda, realçou a importância da implantação eficaz das práticas de RH verdes para promover consequências positivas tanto na organização como nos colaboradores.
The present study aimed to investigate the perception of green human resource management practices and their relationship with the person-organization fit, and to understand whether employees with high environmental commitment, when they perceive that their companies have environmental HR practices and policies, if this contributes to a greater fit with their organization. A sample of 204 employees from Portuguese companies was used, who responded to an online questionnaire that contained scales measuring perceptions of green HR practices, person-organization fit and commitment to the environment. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between perceived green HR practices and person-organization fit, and that this relationship can be moderated by high environmental commitment. The study presents different contributions to the already existing literature concerning green HR practices. A scale was developed to measure the perception of green HR practices adapted to the Portuguese population, which showed an excellent internal consistency. Still, it highlighted the importance of the effective implementation of green HR practices to promote positive consequences both in the organisation and in the employees.
