Na atualidade, o telemóvel é visto como uma extensão do indivíduo. O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a influência do uso do telemóvel na ansiedade, depressão e satisfação com a vida. A amostra é composta por 29 indivíduos, que participaram em 3 fases de inquérito. Verificou-se uma influência bastante significativa do uso do telemóvel na ansiedade traço.
ABSTRACT: Nowadays, the cell phone is seen as an extension of the individual. The present study aims to analyze the influence of cell phone use on anxiety, anxiety and satisfaction with life. The edition is made by 29 individuals, who participated in 3 phases of inquiry. There has been a large increase in mobile phone use in trait anxiety.
