futsal) todos do sexo masculino.
This study seeks to understand the impact that the coach has on the athlete’s behaviour, realizing the extent to which he can intervene in the relationship between the perceived fairness of the athletes with the club and their commitment to it. It was possible to formulate the following hypotheses: (I) "The athlete's perception of justice with the club is positively related to the athlete's commitment to the club", (II) "The athlete's perception of justice with the club is positively related to the dynamics with the coach” (III) "The dynamics with the coach is positively related to the athletes' commitment to the club", (IV) "The dynamics with the coach moderates the relation between the perceived justice of the athlete with the club and its commitment to it. " To evaluate this relationship, a survey was constructed with the scales that evaluate the three constructs under study (perception of justice, commitment, dynamics with the coach). The study counted with the participation of 110 athletes (94 football athletes and 16 futsal athletes) all males. The results propose not only that there are positive relationships between all variables, except for the relationship between the perception of structural justice and the dynamics with the coach that did not prove significant. It was also verified that there is a partial moderating effect of the dynamic variable with the coach in the relationship between the perceived fairness of the athlete with the club and their commitment also to the club, since there is only moderating effect for one of the dimensions of the perception of justice (structural justice). Finally, the results propose that the variable with the greatest impact on the moderation relationship, even if it is not statistically significant, is the perception of justice.
