A liderança organizacional e a sua relação com o desempenho é à muito
estudada no seio organizacional. Inúmeros estudos referem esta ligação como sendo
crucial no desenvolvimento das organizações. De forma a verificar a premissa entre
estes dois conceitos surge a relação com a entrega. Um conceito inovador e moderno
que visa verificar a forma como os colaboradores das organizações empreendedoras se
dedicam à sua organização. O objectivo deste estudo passa pela tentativa de
compreender o impacto da entrega na relação entre liderança organizacional e
desempenho individual dos colaboradores de organizações empreendedoras.
Com base nas características da orientação empreendedora este estudo foi
desenvolvido em 10 organizações empreendedoras portuguesas. Os resultados obtidos
mostraram uma relação positiva entre a liderança e entrega, liderança e desempenho e
entrega e desempenho. Por fim a hipótese de moderação não foi verificada, sendo que
análise dos resultados demonstraram não haver moderação da entrega nas variáveis
liderança e desempenho.
No fim são discutidas e abordadas as implicações teóricas e práticas destes
resultados nas organizações.
The organizational leadership and its relationship to performance is much the study within organizations. Numerous studies refer this matter as being in the development of organizations. In order to verify the premise of these two concepts comes the relationship with the self-giving. An innovative and modern concept to ascertain how the employees of entrepreneurial organizations dedicate to their institution. The aim of this study involves an attempt to understand the impact of the self-giving on the relationship between leadership and organizational performance; in the individuality of the employee of entrepreneurial organizations. Based on the characteristics of entrepreneurial orientation this study was conducted in ten entrepreneurial organizations in Portugal. The results showed a positive relationship between the leadership and self-giving; leadership and performance and self-giving and performance. Finally, the moderation hypothesis wasn ́t verified, and the analysis of the results showed no restraint in the self-giving variables of leadership and performance. At the end are discussed and approached the theoretical and practical implications of these results in the organizations.
