Abstract(s)
A presente investigação tem como objetivo estudar os comportamentos
inovadores em contexto de trabalho, analisando a influência dos comportamentos
inovadores do líder e da equipa de trabalho sobre os comportamentos do individuo. Neste
sentido, este estudo pretende dar resposta ás seguintes questões de investigação: (1) A
perceção de comportamentos inovadores no líder influencia os colaboradores a adotarem
eles próprios comportamentos inovadores?; (2) A perceção destes comportamentos nos
colegas de equipa também tem impacto no comportamento dos colaboradores?
Foram inquiridos 237 participantes, da população ativa no mercado de trabalho
português. Os resultados obtidos, após o tratamento estatístico, mostraram que os
colaboradores, em contexto de trabalho, são influenciados pelos comportamentos dos
membros do seu grupo e pela sua chefia direta, sendo que ao estes realizarem
comportamentos inovadores existe uma maior probabilidade de os indivíduos adotarem
o mesmo tipo de comportamentos “out of the box”, contribuindo assim para a inovação
organizacional.
The present study aims to study innovative behaviors in the context of work, analyzing the influence of the innovative behaviors of the leader and the work team on the behaviors of the individual. In this sense, this study intends to answer the following research questions: (1) Does the perception of innovative behaviors in the leader influence employees to adopt innovative behaviors? (2) Does the perception of these behaviors in teammates also have an impact on employee innovative behavior? The sample is composed of 237 participants of the active population in the Portuguese labor market. The results obtained, after the statistical treatment, demonstrated that the employees, in a work context, are influenced by the behaviors of the members of their group and by their direct leadership, being that they perform innovative behaviors there is a greater probability of the individuals adopting the same kind of behaviors "out of the box", thus contributing to organizational innovation.
