O presente Relatório da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada (PES) é o resultado da realização de um estágio numa sala dos quatro anos, num Jardim de infância privado, na localidade de Lisboa. Assente numa investigação sobre a própria prática, esta investigação realizou-se tendo em conta as observações e a intervenção realizada com o grupo de crianças e procurou apresentar o planeamento e os resultados de um processo de intervenção que almejou dinamizar a área da biblioteca nesta sala de aula. Sustentou-se na revisão da literatura em torno do tema da Educação da Infância e da importância da literatura infantil nesta fase, tendo como base os estudos de Ressurreição (2005), Oliveira Formosinho (2007), Sabino (2008), Mata, Monteiro e Peixoto (2009), Marchão (2012) e Silva et al (2016), entre outros. Ao longo das observações realizadas durante os primeiros dias do estágio percebeu-se que a área da biblioteca era pouco utilizada pelas crianças. Desta forma, este relatório tem como principal objetivo apresentar o desenvolvimento e os resultados de uma intervenção cujo objetivo em torno da dinamização da área da biblioteca. Do projeto executado teve-se como resultados um maior envolvimento das crianças e das famílias, transformando a área da biblioteca num espaço vivo de interação, convívio e brincadeiras
This Supervised Teaching Practice Report (PES) is the result of an internship in a four-year-old’s classroom in a private kindergarten located in Lisbon. Based on an investigation of the practice itself, this research was carried out taking into account the observations and intervention carried out with the group of children and aims to present the planning and results of an intervention process that aimed to streamline the library area in this classroom. It was based on the literature review on the subject of Childhood Education and the importance of child literature in this school phase, with grounds on the studies of Ressurreição (2005), Oliveira Formosinho (2007), Sabino (2008), Mata, Monteiro & Peixoto (2009), Marchão (2012) and Silva et al (2016), among others. Throughout the observations made during the first days of the internship, it was noticed that the library area was seldom used by the children. Thus, the objective of the present study is to demonstrate the results of the intervention whose objective was the dynamization of the library area. The project resulted in greater involvement of children and families, transforming the library area into a living space with social interaction, conviviality and playing.
