Abstract(s)
A grande
filhos crescidos.
ABSTRACT: This review focuses on literature and the phenomenon of late pregnancy in multiparous, their clinical implications, family, but mainly the woman's perspective. Explore psychological factors and environmental motivations, the process of acceptance and desire for pregnancy risk in order to explain how such a pregnancy is planned and experienced by women. Despite the scarcity of literature at late pregnancy in multiparous, a review of literature on this subject should include a variety of disciplinary variables that fall late pregnancy in context, deepening the basic issues relating to motherhood late, the risk associated with it and the adaptation of women, reflecting on the processes of acceptance and behavior of pregnant women at high risk. Most of the study seems to give great importance to relate primiparity late because there are faults in the services offered to these pregnant women for lack of information about their behavior, it follows that there is a major flaw in the information on the planning and sexual reproductive women more old who already have grown children.
