Abstract(s)

For such, we reached a sample of 194 employees who answered an online survey, which contained four measure scales referring to the analyzed variables: attitudes towards workplace fun, job satisfaction, performance and organizational affective commitment. The obtained results showed that positive attitudes towards workplace fun have a positive impact on both criteria variables and that job satisfaction represents a partial mediator of this relations. Thus, the present investigation concludes that individuals who perceive fun at work as relevant and adequate, and who will participate in the implemented activities, will present positive behaviors towards their company. These findings support the use of this practices nowadays, according to the previous literature.
