| dc.description.abstract | O objetivo deste estudo é verificar se o protótipo adotado pelo terapeuta se relaciona com os padrões de mudança numa psicoterapia psicanalítica. A mudança foi medida através da escala CHAP (Changes After Psychotherapy, Sandell, 1987) tendo como dimensões de mudança, a Mudança nos Sintomas (MS); Capacidade Adaptativa (CA); Insight (I); Conflitos Básicos (CB); Factores extra-terapêuticos (FE). As gravações áudio de sessões de duas pacientes em psicoterapia psicanalítica durante dois anos, foram cotadas utilizando o Psychotherapy Process Q-Set (PQS; Jones, 2000) no início, 6, 12, 18 e 24 meses de terapia. Constatou-se que a terapeuta do caso 2, demonstrou clareza, segurança, e paternalismo aquando das suas intervenções, sendo notória uma forte aderência ao protótipo Psicodinâmico. E no caso 1? | por |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The objective of this study is to verify that the prototype adopted by the therapist relates to the patterns of change in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. The change was measured by CHAP scale ( Changes After Psychotherapy , Sandell , 1987) as having dimensions of change , the change in symptoms ( MS ) ; Adaptive capacity ( CA) ; Insight ( R ); Basic Conflict ( CB ) ; Extra- therapeutic factors (EF ) . The audio recordings of two patients in psychoanalytic psychotherapy sessions for two years , were listed using the Psychotherapy Process Q-Set (PQS ; Jones , 2000) at the beginning , 6, 12 , 18 and 24 months of therapy .It was found that the therapist's case 2 showed clarity, certainty , and when paternalism of their activities being notorious a strong adherence to Psychodynamic prototype. | por |
