| dc.description.abstract | No sentido de contribuir para o desenvolvimento da investigação na área dos processos e mudanças em psicoterapia, o presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o processo terapêutico existencial através do PQS e CORE-OM, uma vez que existe ainda pouca literatura sobre investigação na área existencial. Pretende-se verificar se existiram alterações na relação terapêutica, assim, como observar a existência de melhorias no paciente no início e no fim da terapia. Através da literatura verifica-se que o PQS tem sido eficazmente utilizado, principalmente como forma de investigar diferenças entre as fases de psicoterapia e como forma de identificar os fatores do processo terapêutico que melhor predizem os resultados terapêuticos. A medida de resultado Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation – Outcome Measure – CORE-OM, é um instrumento de auto relato que procura medir o resultado nas psicoterapias. Este instrumento pode ser aplicado como medida de mudança psicológica no início e no final da intervenção, de modo a verificar a evolução do paciente. Neste estudo foram analisadas sessões de quatro díades que se encontravam em terapia existencial. A análise das mesmas foi feita através dos instrumentos PQS e CORE-OM. Após a análise verificou-se que os itens que mais sobressaíram são itens que correspondem às atitudes do terapeuta e que vão ao encontro dos pressupostos da terapia existencial. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: To help bring about the development of the investigation in the field of psychotherapy processes and changes, the present study aims to evaluate the existential healing process through PQS and CORE-OM, since there is a dearth of literature about the research on the existential area. The aim is to examine whether there were changes in the therapeutic relationship as well as to observe if there were improvements in the patient at the beginning and at the end of therapy. According to literature it can be observed that PQS has been mainly effectively used as a way to investigate differences in the stages of psychotherapy and as a way to identify the factors of the healing process that better predict the healing results. The result measurement Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation – Outcome Measure – CORE-OM, is a selfreporting instrument that aims to measure the result of psychotherapies. This instrument can be applied as measure of psychological change at the beginning and at the end of the intervention, in order to check the patient’s evolution. In this study, sessions of four dyads that were doing existential therapy were analysed. Their analysis was made though PQS and CORE-OM instruments. After analysis, it was found that the items that standed out most were items that matched the attitudes of the therapist and that are in line of the existential therapy assumptions. | por |
