Abstract(s)
Este estudo pretende analisar se a perceção da importância da Formação Profissional
promovida pela Organização aumenta o Compromisso Organizacional, tendo em
consideração os elementos: normativo, afetivo e calculativo; e se reduz a Insegurança
Laboral. Participaram neste estudo 525 participantes, colaboradores de diferentes
Organizações de todo o território português. Os resultados revelaram um efeito positivo e
significativo entre a perceção da relevância da Formação Profissional nas três componentes
do Compromisso Organizacional; e um efeito negativo e significativo entre a perceção da
importância da Formação Profissional e a Insegurança Laboral.
ABSTRACT: This study is meant to analyze if the perception related to the importance of the Professional Training promoted by the Organization increases the Organizational Commitment, always having in mind the following elements: normative, affective and calculative; and if reduces the Job Insecurity. This study had the participation of 525 people, workers of different Organizations from all over Portugal. The results revealed a positive and significant effect between the relevance of the Professional Training perception on the three Organizational Commitment components; and a negative and significant effect between the importance of the Professional Training perception and Job Insecurity.
