Os caminhos de antédipo nas organizações limite e sua tradução no Rorschach

Abstract(s)
Descreve-se o antédipo enquanto organizador psíquico fundamental, e os seus dois destinos
paradigmáticos a partir da sedução narcísica: em direcção à diferenciação, ao crescimento e à
criatividade através do luto originário, ou em direcção à estagnação e à omnipotência auto-
-engendradora através do domínio incestual. Sumarizam-se as características estruturais das
organizações limite da personalidade – a fragilidade das suas fronteiras, o défice narcísico
comprometedor da interioridade, a ausência de intricação pulsional, as angústias de intrusão-
-separação face ao objecto, e a utilização de mecanismos defensivos primitivos baseados na
clivagem e na expulsão psíquica – e relacionam-se as mesmas com o desenvolvimento
psíquico antedipiano: teoriza-se que uma falha na sedução narcísica original compromete a
possibilidade de um luto organizador, impedindo a constituição de uma Ideia do Eu
mediadora e securizante, fragilizando assim o Eu que procura movimentos incestuais como
forma de controlar o objecto perigoso mas narcisicamente indispensável. Traduzem-se os
principais organizadores antedipianos para a técnica Rorschach, constituindo uma grelha de
análise interpretativa da narrativa Rorschach a partir de três dimensões: a geografia psíquica
antedipiana, a fantasmática primitiva e seus instrumentos interaccionais, e as dinâmicas
psíquicas antedipianas. Aplica-se esta construção técnica a uma narrativa Rorschach de um
paciente limite, e discutem-se os resultados pela observação da configuração dos
organizadores antedipianos nesse caso particular, reforçando a teoria proposta. Conclui-se
pelo desejo de cruzar este alargamento técnico com outras teorias e organizações/ patologias psíquicas.
ABSTRACT: A description is made of the antoedip, as a fundamental psychic organizer, and it's two paradigmatic destinies from narcissistic seduction: towards differentiation, growth and creativity through the original mourning, or toward stagnation and auto-engenderative omnipotence through the incestual domain. Structural borderline personality characteristics are summarized - the frailty of their borders, the narcissistic deficit compromising the interiority, the absence of pulsional fusion, the anxiety of intrusion-separation regarding the object, and the use of primitive defense mechanisms based on splitting and psychic expelling - and are connected with the antoedipian psychic development: a theory is presented that a flaw in the original narcissistic seduction will compromise the possibility of an organizing mourning, preventing the constitution of a mediating and securizing Idea of the I, that will weaken the I, which will look for incestual movements as a way to control the dangerous object though narcisicly essential. The main antoedipian organizers are translated into the Rorschach technique, by creating a grid for interpreting the Rorschach narrative, from three dimensions: antoedipian psychic geography, the primal phantasies and their interactive instruments, and the antoedipian psychic dynamics. This technical construction is applied to a Rorschach narrative of a borderline patient, and the results are discussed through the observation of the configuration of the antoedipian organizers in that particular case, strengthening the proposed theory. The will to cross this technical widening with other theories and organizations / psychic pathologies concludes this work.
