Abstract(s)
Sabe-se que as Práticas de Recursos Humanos têm forte impacto no desempenho dos
trabalhadores. Das práticas que se considera com forte impacto no desempenho são a
avaliação de desempenho e a comunicação interna. O objetivo deste estudo, realizado
com uma amostra de 525 pessoas, é verificar se existe alguma relação entre a
importância dos sistemas de avaliação de desempenho, bem como das práticas de
comunicação interna, sobre o desempenho percecionado dos trabalhadores. As hipóteses
formuladas foram: 1) espera-se encontrar uma relação positiva entre a avaliação de
desempenho e o desempenho; 2) boas práticas organizacionais de comunicação interna
têm uma relação positiva com o desempenho; 3) espera-se encontrar um efeito
moderador da comunicação interna na relação entre avaliação de desempenho e o
desempenho percecionado. No entanto, através da análise dos resultados, não foi
possível confirmar nenhuma das hipóteses.
