Quando o sofrimento se torna insuportável: Experiência vivida de mulheres homicidas em contexto de violência doméstica.

O presente estudo tem como objetivo principal a exploração e compreensão da experiência subjetiva de sujeitos que passaram pelo fenómeno do homicídio, através do olhar dos mesmos que vivenciaram experiências de violência doméstica, ou seja, pretende-se descrever as experiências vividas de mulheres que sofreram violência doméstica e, por inúmeras razões cometeram o homicídio dos seus companheiros. A metodologia aplicada neste estudo será o método fenomenológico IPA, para que desta forma, seja possível estudar e compreender os fenómenos vividos por diferentes indivíduos e, consequentemente alcançar uma descrição final com os elementos essenciais e permanentes desta experiência subjetiva. A amostra é constituída por 4 participantes do sexo feminino que estão a cumprir pena de prisão no Estabelecimento Prisional de Tires, com idades compreendidas entre os 37 e 56 anos. Os resultados indicam que a experiência em estudo envolve uma diversidade de sentimentos, relacionada com os principais temas comuns às participantes, designadamente a relação com os outros (perdas significativas e deterioração da relação amorosa), as vivências de violência doméstica (ameaças, ofensas e depressão), experiência homicida (intencionalidade e abstração da realidade vivida) e, por fim a reflexão após o crime em contexto prisional (arrependimento e auto-reflexão).
ABSTRACT: This study has as main objective the exploration and understanding of the subjective experience of individuals who have passed for the phenomenon of murder, through the eyes of those who lived experiences of domestic violence, that is it is intended to describe the lived experiences of women who have suffered domestic violence and, for many reasons, they performed the murder of his companions. The methodology applied in this study is the phenomenological method IPA, so this way, it is possible study and understand the phenomena experienced by different individuals and reach a final description with the essential and permanent elements of subjective experience.The sample consists of four female participants, between the ages of 37 and 56 years old, who are complying with a prison sentence in Prisoner establishment of Tires. The results show that the experience under study involves a diversity of feelings related to key themes common to the participants, in particular the relationship with the other (significant losses and deterioration of love relationships), the experiences of domestic violence (threats, offenses and depression ), murderer experience (intentionality and abstraction of lived reality), and finally the reflection after the murder in prison context (regrets and self-reflection).
